Seair Inflight May 2010 Cover
Seair Inflight is doing monthly issues for summer and for the month of May they got a feature “Time Out” suggesting 10 things teens can do this summer feature written by Oggie Ramos. Also Maggie Franciso takes us “Back to Marcos Country” for a tour of Ilocos and an Ins and Outs feature on Marinduque. More indulge features like Umu for you. I also have a couple of photo contributions here for Ilocos and Marinduque to check out.
FHM March 2010 10th Anniversary Issue and Blogs with Balls mini feature
Aside from the alluring covers from Iwa Moto and Bangs Garcia, the March 2010 issue of FHM Philippines is also the 10th anniversary of the local publication. And I got a few hints that I should also check out the issue since Ironwulf.net was mentioned on this issue. I’m an easy person to please and I was amused to see the site under a page feature of “Blogs with Balls”. Thank you very much to FHM Philippines for the mention. Here’s the write up on the feature:

It’s December once again, and this month’s issue of PAL’s Mabuhay Inflight Magazine is thick and packed with features especially for the holiday crowd. I was able to contribute to their Filipino Christmas feature with a couple of photos on Simbang Gabi. Here are their captions.
Mango Magazine First Issue
Just when you thought the Travel Magazine industry in the Philippines couldn’t get any more crowded, here comes another travel magazine for you, Mango, More than Travel. The guys behind this new magazine on the shelves are no strangers to the travel industry. Eastgate Publication has been doing the Mabuhay Magazine, Philippine Airline’s Inflight Magazine for more than 20 years and has just decided to delve into the retail market. Doing inflight magazines is different since most of them are free unlike retail magazines where people have to shell out some money. Does Mango have enough taste to satisfy the retail travel magazine industry?
Seair Inclight Oct-Nov Cover
We’re on the last quarter of the year and things have been happening pretty fast. Seair Inflight’s October-November 2009 edition revisits the wonders of Baguio, explored the paranormal places in the Philippines and gives account to first time Open Water diver in Boracay. Again, I was lucky enough to be able to grace and contribute to the pages of the magazine for the Baguio features. Check them out when you fly Seair anytime soon. Check out the editorial note below.

As a child I sometimes spent holidays with my mother in my aunt’s farmhouse in Antique, on the west coast of Panay Island, just a few hours away from Iloilo and Caticlan.
I remember the house had a huge kitchen, a stone oven, and an equally huge wooden table where my 12 cousins and I had our meals away from the adults, who dined in a separate grown-up room.
Jetstar Asia Mag Oct-Nov 2009
I haven’t really tried flying Jetstar yet but if you are, the October-November 2009 issue of Jetstar Asia Magazine, the airline’s inflight magazine, is already onboard. It has a nice feature on Manila’s Intramuros by Kalesa. I was lucky enough to get a commission shoot for one of the required photos, the food and interiors of the Kuatro Kantos Café. There were other requirements to shoot but the Photo Editor knew it was nearly impossible to shoot in Manila that time due to the heavy rains and the tight requirement so indoor it is.
