I have a 5 page story there on the Fort on how a military encampment morphed into Manila’s playground for the trendy and hip. I’ve been pretty grateful for the publication staff at Cebu Pacific’s Smile Inflight Magazine as one of the regular photo stock clients. If you are flying Cebu Pacific anytime this month, grab a copy of their latest inflight magazine January 2012 issue. I got some sandboarding photos there and one from Bohol.
Mabuhay Magazine January 2012 Finding Rizal Spread
Mabuhay is probably the longest running Travel and Lifestyle Magazine in the Philippines. Now the inflight magazine is no longer confined inside the business class cabins on local flights or in the international flights of Philipine Airlines since last month as they have already gone commercial with the magazine now available at the stands. The January 2012 is a jam-packed 152 page with features on Beijing and Shanghai, interview with Robin Esrock and a section on “How to shoot festivals” especially on this month of festivities. I also contributed a story with photos about Dipolog and Dapitan on “Finding Rizal” from my last visit there in 2011. Check it out when your onboard or at the bookstores and magazine stands.
PAL Mabuhay's Manila to Pagudpud Feature on its December 2011 Issue
If you are flying Philippine Airlines this month of December 2011, do check out the latest Mabuhay Magazine. Got a few photos here in their “Manila to Pagudpud” feature, namely the Crisologo, Sta Maria Church and the Sand boarding photos. The issue is loaded with up to 200 pages for the Christmas issue. Do check it out!

Servier with doctors at La Casas Filipinas de Acuzar, Bataan
Yesterday, I had a pleasant roadtrip to Bagac, Bataan. This was for a Travel and Landscape Photography Lecture to be held at La Casas Filipinas de Acuzar for Servier and their doctor clients at The Medical City. It was just a short lecture but a fun one since I could see the doctors were very enthusiastic about the topics discussed. We drove after to Sisiman Bay but I wasn’t able to shoot as much. Sisiman in Mariveles has marvelous landscape that I would like to visit again some time soon, same with La Casas. But in the mean time Iwould like to thank Servier for the opportunity to do a lecture and the doctors for attending. It was my pleasure.
